Microsoft has a promotion available to incent the move to annual term contracts.
15% price increase.
The ability to renew or order old SKUs is gone.
Locking into the contract prior to March 1st at the promotion price avoids the price increase for one year.

What software licensing is not affected?

Microsoft SQL and Exchange
It has already been moved to New Commerce Experience.
